Pandemic Emergency Plan (PEP)
Regulation requires skilled nursing facilities to post their pandemic emergency plan online. Below is a link to our facility’s pandemic emergency management plan. It is a part of our Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan and used in conjunction with any relevant policies and procedures an incident may require.
The facility also maintains an active COVID-19 policy and procedure that is available at the facility.
